Comms: Very fast responses via SMS but not talking to the girl herself, some of the messages I received were identical to when seeing Wawa. Location: Modern apartment complex in Derby, not far from city center. Not the easiest venue to get in to. Clean and tidy apartment. Parking available on the street, free after 8pm, or pay and display - cash only in the machine, but has a QR code you can scan and pay online.
