Initial contact was made thru’ AW all subsequent comms via text, quick and polite responses during the booking process. We agreed a date for a 1hr massage a couple of weeks back. I turned up 5 minutes before the agreed time and texted to let Antonia know I had arrived, no response. I gave it 5 minutes then telephoned, again no response. I sent another text saying I’d wait a few more minutes then I’d leave. No response to that either so roughly 15 minutes after the agreed start time had passed I cleared off looking for plan B. The following day I got a text from Antonia apologising and saying she had been taken ill the previous day. It can happen to anybody so I replied hoping she was feeling much better now. On the basis of the apology & explanation received I’m going grey on this one. Overall a bit of a shame as I was really looking forward to seeing Antonia after some of the positive reviews posted on this site.
