A person has the right to choose a sexual partner  regardless of colour, age, gender or what ever her or she chooses and It would be insane to force them to see some they would not want to see!

And I am keen on the legalisation of brothels like in parts of  europe so the girls can be safer and it will also get rid of pimps and traffickers .

I thought to try and elaborate on what I found interesting, which was when "no coloured is stated " it means that racism can happen perhaps legally.

So the race act was mentioned to get an insight on the OP posts and to let you understand that is the other posters main reasons to voice annoyance.

All these laws and rules are pointless in the debate, Pro$$ies don't give a shit about laws / rules they consider them for other people,
They ignore Health and safety, smoking in the workplace, tax laws, insurance laws, trade from council property etc,  :sarcastic:

It is obviously point less :sarcastic: but my post was taking out of context that chap should work for the newof the world.

I agree with you about legalising brothels for the safety of WGs and the fact punters hopefully wouldnt be at risk of punting with trafficked WGs and thus breaking the law. If they were legalised though i would expect prices to go up as it would be punters footing the bill for the monitoring that would be involved.

You make a good point IMO about if a WG states no black men on her site/profile is this illegal, i really dont know but as its an unregulated industry who is going to check is the point. Its clear Adultwork where i see most of these no blacks and/or asian profiles dont care but perhaps might act if complained to but i wouldnt bank on it. ;)

I don't think that trafficking is actually that biog an issue, The Media love reporting it and it's a great headline but if you look at some of the police investigations into it they seem to find very few trafficked girls.

A reason is probably that why risk trafficking girls when there are so many willing girls ?

As for brothels and safety, that is an urban myth, as it is often reported that brothels are robbed as they become targets, in theory people may expect a brothel to have security guards / heavies in place, the reality is that it;s cheaper to have a retired pro$$ie (Madam running the place alone with some CCTV and a few fake cameras.

And of course pro$$ies would nto want to work in a legal place as it would lead to Tax and likeley to effect their benefits  :(

WGs are prefectly happy with the current situation where they can "work" and keep all of their earnings tax free.

Legalisation would entail regulation and that would involve tax regularisation - WGs would blanche at that thought so it is the WGs who would oppose it themselves.

Prostitution is the only part of British society where a woman can earn a tax free income.

Your obsession with the tax status of wg's leads you to a bizarre conclusion.

What would it be about women that renders them less capable of avoiding tax than a man, should they put their mind to it?

Stating the obvious is hardly an obsession.

I thought working as an independent was already quite legal?

Quite? It is legal. The paying for sex in your own home is fully legal.

Yes it is, but there are Very few if any pro$$ies that are fully within  all of the laws & rules / terms.
