Avoid. This wg  kept me on the hook for 24 hours. “Message me tomorrow” “message me in 30 mins etc”. Saw her sloping round the hotel in gym pants and slippers but still fancied it but wound me up and wasted my evening. Recommend avoid.

Don't quite know how he knew he saw her in the hotel when her profile pictures all have her face obscured and she doesn't show any tattoos.

Perhaps the OP would care to enlighten us ?

Maybe he meant the other English Sienna with all the tatts ?
