Quite a bit has been written about both agency and SP but I found, personally, that HOD reviews tend to be by either diehard fans or long time haters.
This was my first experience with HOD, so would make this a review for the uninitiated.

Comms: This agency has probably one person replying to thousands of texts making the correspondence a bit frustrating.
Beyond comms being slow and confusing, the person on the other side cannot be trusted to relay information from or to the SPs.
I discussed uniforms, Jess said she did not have them and that no one told her.
Venue: Easy enough to find, was welcomed by Jess herself who offered a shower (which I took despite the shower being in pretty bad shape) - the conveyor belt nature of the operation means that both times I showered and when I got dressed, I had to wait for a new punter to pass the hallway into another room.
The Girl: Jess is a nice Romanian (?) girl, quite tall with dark hair and definitely the girl in the pictures. Her face was nice but not something that would land her a career in modeling. Body on the other hand was lovely - great figure and beautiful tits.
The Action: Jess was fairly passionate, DFK and OWO were pretty great (she politely asked not to CIM, which is fair enough as not a listed service) but the sex was somehow limited as she seemed to limit penetration (busy day?) - overall very engaged and communicative.
Overall impression: Decent VFM and definitely a positive somewhere in between GFE and a good P&D.
