One person crying "report to the council" another crying "sexual assult"
It seems to me that this thread is getting out of hand, almost to the point of ridiculousness.
If I may thow in my two cents on the claim of "attempted sexual assult" here.
What you seem to be suggesting is that because one is not presented with all the facts, before the point where consent has been made, then this is classed as sexual assult. There are a few reasons why this is utterly ilogical, and not the way the law works. It's easiest shown by a few simple examples...
1. If a man meets a woman at a bar, and tells her he's on a six figure salary an owns a Porche, (be he actually works in a call center on minimum wage and drives a Corsa)... Once they have slept together, and the woman agreed and enjoyed it - is this then classed as a sexual assult, as the man didnt present all the facts before consent was made?
2. If a woman goes on a date, claims to be 29, when shes actually 35 - the date goes well, they end up fucking - can the man then call the police the week after when he finds out her real age, and tell them he was sexually assaulted?
3. Has everone who's ever slept with someone who identifies as female, but was born a male, been raped? What about people who are in relationships with those who identofy as the opposite sex they were at birth - are they being continuously raped each and every day?
Yes, it may seem like a very misleading thing to be told - but if this person identifies as female - isnt it up to us to judge and decide if we are attracted to them , regardless of whether they are yet to have their penis removed or not?
The point I'm making is that sometimes we can give consent to engage in sexual activity without knowing all the facts about that person , and indeed, very often, we engage in sexual actitivy with people who activly mislead us in multiple different ways - but we as the indidual at that given moment, decide whether or not to engage, based on our own preception at that time.
Yes, the OP has a full right to be pissed off - nobody expects that in a Thai massage shop. Yes, it's a well deserved negative and good to warn other customers of the potental thing they may meet in this particular shop at this partiuclar time. Yes, he may have been told "I am a female" - But unfortunately, we live in a world thesedays where almost any idiot with green hair and oversized t-shits can identify as whatever they fuck they want to...
The claim of attempted sexual assult is getting to the point of almost utter ridiculous now. The suggestion to report to the council is spiteful and non-connected to the matter at hand.
As I see it, all that happened was some bloke walked into a massage shop, agreed and paid to get a massage from some general neutral weirdo claiming to be a ladyboy, he then politely declined extras, and now suddenly we're talking about closing the shop down and crying "sexual assult"... it realy does amaze me sometimes how these things can escilate to such utter nonsense.
