I had been trying to book Sarah few times and finally our schedule worked out for a booking last week.

Comms through aw and she replies promptly each time. Confirmed time and my wants for the session.

As Kev says, some will forgive but others will avoid.  At least the information is there to aid our decision making.  For me, the consequences for the punter were so severe, she should never be forgiven.
