I was just working up a review for her too. But been busy the past few weeks since the appt.

Not good at all, don’t have a problem showering but you should not be paying for it, the 30 mins should start when you finish and are dry. So 10 mins taken up is £20, so we should be charged £40 or add 10 mins to the session that isn’t charged for.

The location is a mess and stinks, shouldn’t be used, even though it’s easy to find and easy parking. Buzzer doesn’t work, so I spent 5 mins before realising it was open all the time

This comparison is flattering to Sophie, but she has a hint of Roxanne Pallet about her. 

It's her attitude that's the problem, and I wouldn't hold your breath for an improvement.  I got the impression she thought she was doing me a favour.
