I noticed this place had a 'New' advert on Gumtree a while ago, and I don't think it's been reviewed, since I reviewed the place, when it first opened.
The 'New' in the advert aroused my curiosity to see if much had changed.
My answer is....not much, and compared to some of the other recent Thai places opened in Wirral, certainly not enough for me to return.
The negatives on my last visit included the very portly masseuse and her rather slap dash massage technique, and also the general state of the decor and facilities.
Well I'm glad to report that there's now a rather attractive and friendly lady doing the massage, although I did catch sight of the larger lady on the premises, so maybe the 'new' is that she's passed the baton on.
I think she works there regularly and gave a pleasant if slightly boring massage with no suggestion of any extras. The towel was moved around rather deftly to cover my dangly bits and only near the end of the massage did she ask if I wanted any extras.
I politely declined, and was pleased that she didn't get a gob on like some of her compatriots, and continued with the full hour's massage, for which I'd paid £40.
Unfortunately I didn't get the lady's name and omitted to ask about prices etc, but at least you know extras are available.
The only other negative comment is that the covering on the massage table didn't look as if had been changed and the towel at the head end didn't smell too fresh.
So to conclude....the massage was okay, the masseuse was attractive and extras are available, but I've been spoilt lately with the standards of other parlours I've visited and this place didn't match up.
