She doesn’t seem to use the Green Available icon very often.

She just puts up her number.

Many SPs don't use that, as they need to pay to have the "available today" on. Just text her number when it shows, or use the AW Civilizer browser extension, which should show you any previous number cached

Most probably AW doing that. They regularly "review" non or less-paying SPs and ask for numerous ID, etc. to "reinstate" their accounts. You can find so many complaints about that on SP-dedicated sites.
