Some of these ads are just to harvest phone numbers and put cookies onto your computer, that's why you will see some adverts that obviously appear in the same place eberywhere and never lead to a meet. Your phone number (hopefully punting phone) is likely to now be on a database somewhere to be sold on, or potentially worse. Nothing to worr about if it a burner that doesnthave access to social media or location etc
