After a long break from punting and several months lurking on these boards I thought I would do something to remedy the situation and phoned Toni.
She answered promptly and we arranged for me to come round in a couple of hours time. When I arrived at the postcode she got me to call her and gave me the actual location.
It is among an enclave of shops about 10 minutes walk up the hill from Barnehurst station. You enter through a door between two shops. Not the most discreet of entrances, which could be an issue if you're known in the area. I found Toni a friendly and down-to-earth person. Easy to chat to and with an encouraging attitude - an important quality for me. If and when I'm next in that neck of the woods I'd certainly consider a return visit.
