You're absolutely right. They know that once they've got our cash we are unlikely to make a song and dance about walking away and getting our money back. Dean   can't believe you did not leave a review of your " car crash " booking with her ... whats the point of the forum otherwise . Regarding my session - i did not particularly experience that .
