Parking near the Fish

Where do you guys park when visiting girls who stay in the apartment block near the fish?

I've only been to see one girl there, a couple of years ago but wasn't driving that day.

I wouldn't have a clue where to park around there or even if there is parking.

There’s a paid parking lot - Lagan side bus centre I think it’s called directly in front of it. Secure parking, dunno what time it closes at though.

Its a gamble. On street if you catch it right, up to 2 hours I think. Perfect. Or the multi-story.
The last time I just parked on street. Didn't put any money in the meter or app. Phoned up to get the door code and got no reply. Waited 10 mins. No reply, so I left. That way you dont end up paying parking fees for a no show. Multi story can be tricky, but lots of them have a 15 min grace period - no charge.
On street with the app is good - no worries about the meter running out.
Even better - use a motorbike.

Bikes are often free
It's because there's nowhere on a bike to stick a ticket where it can't be nicked

Parking as above at Donegall Quay part of the bus station or in front of the Common market bar on Dunbar link which is also beside the Ramada which has a multi storey beside it or on street around cathredral , if your lucky. All these are about   2/3 mins from said apt block . Trust me experience. Also Hipark in High Street not much further away.

Not mine but a mate who has a white van parks his car in areas and says he is only doing a quick job and doesn’t have cash for the meter. Says it worked most of the time for him

Should it be a punt he stopped for then a ticket will make it very expensive.
