I asked KN for his evidence that the report he linked was wrong. Derailed thread or not he hasn't produced any.

The idea that KN gets a free pass just because he was around at the start is rubbish. Like the rest of us he's a member of a punting forum where we are expected to contribute to punting. He doesn't do this. Regardless of whether his posts are interesting or not, they are never punting related. Those who have been banned for not reviewing must have wondered why the have been singled out.

some every valid points we are expected to contribute on the punting side and he seems immune from the rules

to add insult to injury he is free with his criticism of other contributors, complains that the site has nasty undertones and a generally unpleasant and humourless tone - if that is the case then why stick around, there are surely more appropriate sites for his non punting posts

this is primarily a punting site with a lot of great feedback and insight into regional service providers where there is an add on 'off topic' sectional bit of casual chat. Thosethat dwell in the off topic section with no intent of contributing with field reports etc seem to approach debate in a different way

I'm pretty sure that the bell-ends active mainly or purely on OT is coz they have the square root of fuck all else better to do

Yeah ultimately it's up to the owners but things do change such as access to OT wasn't available unless you were logged in but now it can be viewed by anyone.
In a similar way I seem to recall access to OT at one point was subject to meeting a certain criteria as with some other privileges but now is open to everyone but who knows things may change if they think people are taking the piss  :unknown:
