10 mins on a 15 min booking is ripping the piss, and if you are likely to need that ( and I appreciate that it might be a very occasional occurrence with a disinterested SP) you should be booking half an hour. TBH if I was over by 2/3 of the time I'd be paying for the extra time (at least if I had any intention of returning, if it was a negative punt I suppose I'd think twice). Flip this around and put yourself into this scenario. Say I’ve booked 15 minutes and you’re the next punter and have booked an hour. You are also pushed for time so have little / no flexibility to rearrange.

I deliberately overstay my 15 minutes and the wg is now running 10 minutes late - so she delays YOU and leaves you unable to stay for your hour.
