UKPunting is a free, independent and not-for-profit paid sex buyer site.
Are agencies allowed to provide the flat nowdays? I thought the girls all have to provide their own flat/house due to changes in the law, but I may have that wrong.
There hasnt been any changes in the law. IF an Agency provide the WGs flat they can get done for running a brothel as well as controlling prositutes for gain so if they have any brains they insist the WG uses her own place or at least some place that isnt theirs or she doesnt get work off them.
While I was still using Diamonds, they "got around" the law by having only one girl in the flat at a time, the other(s) left during your appointment so there was/is only one girl in the flat (This happened to me a few times, I often liked the look of the other girl and booked her at a later date ). Complete bollocks still legally a brothel.
Thanks! that is what I thought. it is a very risky game that these agencies play.
There has been no "Changes to the law" Selling sex is not illegal. However it is illegal to:-1) Kerb Crawl (seen as public nuisance). 2) Socialite in public place as a prostitute.3) Run a brothel.Ownership of the flat is quite irrelevant, have more than one girl working there at the same time then you have a brothel.
First off a couple of assumptions;Agency takes 30% (Probably more certainly no less)40 Girls (Diamonds 43, Amour 51)Girls work 3 days (They work more)5 30 min appointments in a day (That’s on the low side too)This gives the agency a weekly turnover of 250 (5 30 min appointments) x 3 (days) x 40 (girls) or £30,000, 52 weeks makes an annual turnover of 30,000 x 52 or £1,560,000 and at 30% this gives an annual income of £468,000. Lets say they employ 2 people to answer the phones and maintain the diary 60,000 (and that is way on the high side), website costs 25,000 (again way on the high side) and office costs of another 25,000 (don’t need to say it again), all leaves 358,000, assuming they actually pay the taxes due (Corporation tax is 20% on the first 300,000 and 21% on everything else) so about £73,000 (It’s a bit less) leaving £285,000 annual profit. In reality all the incomes are higher the outgoings lower, they will not pay that amount of tax, and they will be making money off the accommodation the girls use.Put simply they are making a packet! We have a right to expect something in return1. Fuck dumps, Diamonds provide unclean, barely furnished shit-holes, not fit for a dog to crap in, Amour don’t bother providing even this (legal reasons I guess). Agencies should provide or insist the girls provide reasonable accommodation, I’m not talking a million quid penthouse apartment, but a clean place with clean towels and sheets, not the current spunk, sweat and blood stained bedding and “dry yourself on the curtains” pits we find most of the girls in.2. Appointments. Once an appointment is made it should be kept (except in exceptional circumstances) I am not alone in Diamonds dumping me in favour of a longer appointment or favoured client https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=35160.03. Services/Descriptions. In no other industry do you buy a product/service without knowing what it is. I realise the law might not be too keen on a list of services on the website and girls are ashamed of what they do so want to hide their faces, but a weekly newsletter showing girls faces and services, sent to punters who request it and/or have made and kept appointments with the girls, would be really easy to implement.4. Calendar. Keep the thing up-to-date, and would a rolling 5 day in advance schedule be too difficult? Would be great for us punters, I want to arrange an apt for Monday as I have some free time, but I have no idea who is working!5. Feedback. Can anyone point me to a single bad feedback on an Agency site? Im guessing there must be some but damned if I know where.Diamonds are the worst offenders in my experience, Amour somewhat better but not fantastic, and the smaller ones are not ideal either, why can’t they earn some of that huge pile of cash they are making?
