Mai -Denton - Double booked

I had visited Mai before and had a good punt (review up). Phoned her and arranged for a hour appointment later that day. When I arrived at the agreed time I was kept hanging around until Mai opened the door a crack and told me she had forgotten that she had booked someone in for the same slot. No apology,she just told me to come back in a hour! No chance.
All was not lost however I chanced a walk in at 4a up the road. Review to follow.

Thanks for warning of double booking. Bad business practice

Don’t think she makes a habit of it. Last week I called and she told me she had a booking. She then called punter to double check they were still coming then called me back to confirm she couldn’t take booking.
