Not the worst punt I’ve had but definitely average, will I return no not for me, poor location and average SP.

That sounds like a solid fuck me never again experience, looks like you encountered the cottage, absolutely fucking awful place, and the sp sounds like a complete disaster, I went once some years again as it is quite local for me, and that was a similar experience accommodation wise and it sounds like it has got worse, NEVER EVER WILL I SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN, even if the sp working on any particular day was a 9/10 the venue would still make it a big fat negative
