there is sometimes a thin line between "being helpful" and "touting". 3 times in 3 months, all more or less the same is imo excessive and borders on touting. You have been here long enough to know . Although the formal rules have been relaxed you should remember that under old admin, there was a 6 months period before you should / could do another review unless the rating had changed. That to me seems a good guide! Also as suggested adding to your previous review is a good practice.
