Seems to be a lot more "spam" ads at the moment.

This one:  External Link/Members Only has 9 ads speread across the country with very similar photos (undoubtedly fake) and wording.

This one has 17 ads: External Link/Members Only

This one 10: External Link/Members Only

This one 8: External Link/Members Only

....and several others similar

Do people acttually respond to these.  They are so transparently fake.

None of the ads are still active, or the advertisers.  Obviously suckers must be responding, or they wouldn't be placing the ads.

A simple way to avoid these kind of spam ads is to ignore new ads until they have been up for a few days.

Yes.  However, they clog up the thread so you have to tab through them while looking for genuine ones.

They've gone today and the West Midlands Vivastreet ad count is a lot lower.  Perhaps Vivastreet have put some kind of filter in place
