Many of the photos are blatantly stolen as she has cropped out the face and the boob size is significantly larger on them than on the photos where the face is visible. There are at least 3 different women represented, I have particular confidence because those others have appeared in various bogus profiles on TikTok that I have seen.
So the question still begs, why the specific attraction if none of the images can be trusted?
I'm not aware of any mandate that Chinese independents must be objectively good at "using their tongues" so your fortuitous lived experience isn't necessarily what OP shares. Were they particularly "better" than the Thai's you've seen? Perhaps you could qualify?
Some of the Thais have been known for the depth and dexterity of their lingual efforts but sadly it's not a universal talent for that nationality.
