From what I could gather the reception service deals bookings for all their locations which I believe cover Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham. Talking to the masseuse later, she told me that they also move between these sites which means there's a good variety of masseurs at each address.
The location itself was in a rather nice apartment in downtown Birmingham. Comms were good - the address and details were tested to me after confirming the appointment. I did ask for half an hour but was told that wasn't available despite the advert. The receptionist explained the services (as described on the website) and told me hand relief was included in the price. I did think that for £180 I should bloody well think so!

Overall I would say that this is a very professional set up. Given the price I was expecting a top end service and feel that's what I got. Would I return? Yes but the price makes it a luxury so I don't expect to be a frequent visitor. I would guess that many of you will say that they can get full service for much less, however you never get the sensual massage and tease which is why I prefer these type of services nowadays.
