Overall this was a negative punt for multiple reasons.
The Agencys comms were okay but they couldnt accomodate a time change but when i went there Emma said she had been available at the time change.
Instructions were fine for the location but a tad confusing as was told to knock on tge door that says 'no junk mail'. House number would have been more appropriate as i only knew neighbours number.
