It's a good long walk but not impossible for an average fit person, google maps says 44 mins.
Don't take a Taxi though because they don't like Taxis turning up because of the neibourghs.
Also when she gives you the address don't go by google maps as they have the house number wrong go by her instructions.

Same issue for me as well Gainsborough and Lincoln are 1 hour 30 minute drive for me roughly. With fuel prices being very expensive now it kind of makes travelling far even worse and more costly lol.
