But the speed of comm and the flat, despite nice plus are not IMHO key when meeting a WG. Quality of service is my primary concern (after security and safety of course), so I'd be tempted to agree with Tightpants, sounds more like a neutral to me, well at least that how I perceive it.

I agree here as well. Based on how you've worded the review. It would be neutral as you would have preferred 30 mins instead of the full hour and weren't blown away or from the sounds of it had your expectations met. But, still weren't disappointed.
