I think this was when she was leaving the agency she was with. Maybe that's the day she left them ?  She's back with a new profile.

She told me she was working for an agency.

Which means the communications you had were not with the WG, they were with the agency.

So you could imagine them not giving you the full explanation if the WG left or was let go.

Good news is that she's back with a new profile.
