Venue is a block of flats (not council) in Canary Wharf above Tesco's. Closest station is South Quays on the DLR. I arrived and called which was replied to with the same generic message detailed above. Waited 15 minutes and called a more times with the same damn message given as a reply. Walked. 15 minutes away she messages and said she was getting ready and to come back which I did.
