Tbh I'd rather she kept OWO as an extra, as I'm not that fussed either way.  I'm there to fuck her personally, so at 110/HR she's cracking value to me.  I wouldn't want to pay 130 and have OWO included as standard as I wouldn't enjoy it any more and be 20 quid worse off.

I'm a fan of extras if done right.  It's when they start at an all-inclusive price range then bolt on the extras that it puts me off.

That said, these extras are never pro-rated and I usually book an hour, so perhaps I'd have a different outlook if I  preferred shorter bookings ...
