Seems to have been done on the QT,  I never knew, maybe because my motor is exempt. Maybe admitting  mistakes is not for the Mayor :D

Mon - Fri,  back to 7am until  6pm.

Weekends and Bank Holidays   Noon until 6pm.

Might make a difference to some not wanting to leave a trail.

Yeah TFL send me a weekly newsletter about travelling in London and these changes were advertised at the fag end of last year I believe. Hugely beneficial for organising punts a little earlier now.

The way he has been moaning about the lack of life returning, you would have thought a fanfare would have been made of it :unknown:.

I never knew any changes were being made.
It’s not something that affects me anyway as I can’t remember the last time I drove into Central London.
Much easier using that free pass thingy they give old codgers like me.

I only knew because I was stuck behind a bus on the single lane roads, and it had a poster on the back that you could only read if you were close behind.

Some are probably still paying.

I think the Ulez warning signs, that were fitted over the ones now and removed on the day, cost TFL 26 million, and they did not get the scrap money for those removed.

This fiasco if you include 3 different new lots of signs, will not be far short.
