One of my favourite ever young ladies was someone who bid on my rb and had no feedback, but she ticked an awful lot of my boxes. Now I'm older and less trusting I may not have accepted her bid.

All you need is one guy to see you and leave feedback and you wouldn't no longer have zero feedback.

Reverse Bookings are great to get you that first feedback but decent pics and a profile with a mobile number up and you won't be waiting long either.
As a good business strategy you could consider charging just a bit lower say £10 less then the market rate for girls of your type till you get feedback into double digits.

I certainly think a guy would accept a Reverse Booking from a girl with no feedback just make sure your communications are top notch.  When you bid on the Reverse Booking also send a message to the guy and add a little in the narrative that adultwork has for bidders.

Guys basically shortlist based on there preferences.

Whatever type of girl you are some guys out there will have a matching preference.
eg: I personally go for slim petite young girls which is a common preference so made a shortlist of them by checking all the profiles, sometimes just by checking the photo I would know the girl is too big for my liking

I once was checking an old thread on here and it was like a long list of banned girls.... though I'm sure they all done some thing bannable.

You are missing a trick, set one up for say 10 days time, you will get various bids, you can then follow up on any you like, just say "plans changed" it's an easy way to build a hotlist of potentials for the future

Many factors , face pictures and the look and feel of the profile . But I suspect most would delete
Zero fb bids , even if bid was very low .

Not that anyone rates aw feedback that highly but it does have merit. UKP reviews carry much more weight with the members here.

I did a RB a couple of months ago, followed most of the good tips noted on here, including posting a whole 2 weeks in advance, but was very disappointed to only get 2 replies.

One of those was from a noted regular bidder who I wasn't attracted to and the other, someone, who despite looking promising and dropping her rate, only did outcalls when I was looking for incalls.

I don't know if it was the timing (early Sunday evening, outskirts of London) or that I stated that I did not want to be contacted by any fake profiles/B&S, but it has left me dubious about trying it again.

I have. In fact some of my best punts have been with zero feedback new girls. My biggest thing when putting up a RB is I ask the WG's to say in a short paragraph why I should choose them and what they'll be bringing to the table so to speak.

Best way to see who will raise to the occasion and sell themselves to me and who will just put a bid in and leave the textbox empty.

I've found that RB's work best for outcalls. I would have bet you would have had a bit more interest if you were doing an outcall, especially on a sunday evening. Plus if you were only willing to incall on the outskirts I would imagine there is a lot less action around those parts come the weekend.

FFS do they not realise the idea of a RB is to book in advance and hopefully offer a good service at a reduced rate for us? Or am I missing the point?

The success depends on the area and the time of the month ( better place one at the end of month). Once I placed a RB in Ipswich for a decent price (300 for 2h outcall) at the middle of the month and I received three bids over one week. One from a preop tranny, one from a 55 y/o  and another from an obese WG. I gave up after that, East of England is a real shithole for a punter.

I would do all of that, however this particular girl was 150 quid an hour, 130 miles away and a slapper.
