Nubie question, what is this "swipes" thing I've heard people saying about?
Also, how do you get to know about the HE cost, did you just book the massage and pay up front for that, then when she said about HE, do you get the additional cash out and give it to her up front? Where to you pull the cash from? 
Imagine the old machines where your credit cards had to be swiped....now imagine you arse as the credit card machine.
In the case of toftt, when it's not known whether the massage is legit, don't offer money or talk about extras at the beginning. You may be shown the door.
You just have to judge on the progress of the sensuality of the massage, or other indications...comes with experience.
