Is it weird to go to a west end show on your own?
There is a show that I am dying to see and none of my mates fancy seeing it with me.

The show I am interested in seeing in case anyone ask is "dear evan Hanson". It just looks good with some great songs.

Maybe look on meet up for like minded folk who want to see it too. Get to talk about it with other enthusiasts as well then

Quite few trips to the ballet and opera solo, and never any problem, not to mention the fact that, if you only want one ticket, you can always get one in exactly the right position, long after the "Friends" have had first pick.

Go for it, nothing strange at all and sure you will not be the only one.

Often found agreeing with others on a particular show can be a mare, be much easier and more pleasant to go alone to something you want to see.

It's the norm in london. ppl do it everyday.

May we ask what show it is?

I nearly always go to shows on my own and have done ever since I divorced almost fifteen years ago.
As has been said, getting tickets is easy, as there is almost always a single seat available.
I've also had some of the best chats with other single people during the break, and recently went to a ballet and had a most pleasant encounter with a lovely lady who was also by herself and we agreed to meet up in future.
It's also got be said that the standard of women going to the ballet is gorgeously high!
Another reason to enjoy, so go for it.

Why not? Go for it, you don’t know the other people and they don’t know you.
I’ve seen plenty of people at the cinemas by themselves, I’ve done it myself.
Was at Westfield’s a couple of times and instead of getting dragged around the shops I said I’ll go to the cinema and see you in a couple of hours.

I go to cinema alone, most times, usually afternoon.
People do quite a few things alone;  go to gym, swimming, the pub, holidays, punting  :) etc, etc, etc.
It's normal nowadays.

Regularly go to the theatre, cinema and restaurant solo.

Went and saw Les Mes solo a few years back, got talking with two Italian women and had a very nice threesome with them later that night!

So yes, defo go solo.

Next time Lez Miss is on locally, I'm going to go on my own.
I hope the same two Italian women are there  :)
What do they look like ?  :)

Add 10 years onto 2 women who were both in their 30s at the time. No it didn't turn into one of Hendrix' reviews but it was the last time I fucked someone with a very hairy pussy.

Many people go solo. You might be lucky to get discounted ticket using this site, especially in your case when you only need one ticket. Most of the discounts are offered for ‘on the day tickets’.

I have never seen people go cinema on their own before. Pub I have and restaurants I have. But all of you have now convinced me that it would be ok to take a solo trip to see a west end show.  :hi:

It’s also a good excuse to dress your best, and maybe book decent meal before the show (one where they also get you served, fed and out on time of course!) — and if you want to check out talent, read up on the show a bit first of course — so you have so interesting bits of gossip.

No, it's not weird.

A few years ago I watched "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest" in my local "Showcase Cinema" on my own .....

..... and I mean exactly that ..... I was the ONLY person in the cinema .....

now that was weird

..... but at least I could sit where I wanted ..... and no one disturbed me eating their sweets, crisps or popcorn.
