Hey guys got myself in a pickle.

I've forgotten my password for UKP, it usually saves in "keychain" which autosaves all my password on my computer, but since resetting I've lost all those passwords.

Usually wouldn't be a problem except the email I have registered I longer use or have access to.... so can't do a "forgot password" either.

Currently I'm signed in on a device and haven't logged out hence why I have access but once I am logged out won't be able to get back in. Gone to settings and can't change a new password or update the email without knowing the old password.

Can anyone help admin or otherwise?

Cheers mate, who is Head1?
Site owner, only he and Admin can sort passwords, mods can't.   :hi:

Assuming you have PM privileges? then click on 'Contact' which is at the bottom of every page next to Site Rules.

Report your post and explain in the comments box, though pointless now as I've done it.

That's the trouble. Everything needs a password nowadays,  too many to remember in my case.

Asking out of ignorance. If a member was logged out and the same situation happened I presume one would be stuffed ?

This kind of highlights one of the drawbacks of our modern technology. Either you keep a head full of passwords, which can be difficult if you have an average memory, or you write them all down, not secure or recommended, or you use the same password for everything, again not secure or recommended. Of course, you can always keep them in a password protected folder, until you forget the password.

You could create a new account and message Head1 and maybe they can reset the password on your main account and delete the new one. Maybe not I don't know as this could be abused

Write passwords down on a bit of paper and hide it somewhere even with your punting phone if need be, or use a password manager then the problem won't exist.

Edit

There's a greater risk of a computer being hacked and passwords accessed than there is of someone breaking into your house, finding you list of passwords and stealing it.

Do it quick though, before you get banned for multiple accounts. :D
Banned reason: Undesirable, previously banned, still attacking members, discussing UKP with SP, toxic personality, it’s a no from me!,

You can use the same Contact link at bottom of page, but when you are not logged in, instead of opening a message box to Head1, it links to an email address  :hi:

Because of fading memory I wisely recorded all my passwords in alphabetical order in a notebook.

...... I can't find my notebook!
