To clarify, I was lucky to see her when I wanted because it was relatively last minute, and if the booking I'd be requested had been later in the day, she was unavailable. She did however also say if I'd booked for an hour, she'd have said no. So I somewhat lucky that I put a request in for the 45 mins I did at the time I requested.
