IF (and its a big if) the lass that is in the advert is the one you meet, I would imagine the list of extras will be as long as your arm.

Well she’s definitely not English reading that profile. I’d say that if you think it’s tgtbt then stay away. More than likely be something iffy. Have you tried a reverse pic search?

Yes, gut feel is if in doubt, stay away.  I wouldn’t know where to start with a reverse picture search!
