Surely it is preferable for the unborn child to be in a healthy situation to grow and be born no? The unborn child is already getting fucked over before even coming to the world. The mental stress of selling sex is already not good which can be passed on to the unborn, there is too many cons I can think of such a situation like this. I can understand that she still needs to earn money but precautions should have been taken to avoid getting pregnant.
