She is much better in person in my humble opinion. Her service is top notch, no question. I can't be certain about the "other person in the flat" but it seems something like that. I've seen her many times now over the last few years and every time, without fail, I've had to wait outside in the car for a minimum 10 mins before I get the come in message, so I reckon whoever is in there with her has to be sorted first.
