Early January. Sunderland centre. £70 (£30 massage / £40B2B).

I had some time to kill in Sunderland and thought I'd try this place. I'd never visited before.
Rang to make sure they were open  then headed down to the place which is a large shop that also looks like a beauty salon (although it was empty) on the East side of the centre of town.
I walked in and the door's bell rang which woke up the SP who was sleeping behind the cash desk.
£30 was handed over for a half-hour massage and she took me downstairs to the treatment rooms where I was hoping to be left with another SP (one of the girls in their 20s that another poster mentioned) but, no such luck.

I'd guess the SP was late 40s, ok looking and when asked she said her name was Salla. I'm pretty sure there was nobody else in the establishment so I didn't bother asking if I could swap her out.

Anyway, I undressed and lay on the table she asked how I wanted the massage, I asked for firm and it started ok but she wasn't using any oil and I noticed her hands were clammy which started to become uncomfortable after a while. There was no chit-chat and no swipes or teasing but she asked directly if I wanted HE. When I asked the price she wouldn't tell me and wanted me to make an offer, so when I suggested £10 she said no £30 so we ended up at £20 (the going rate) this was unnecessary and obviously trying to grift more from me. She then offered B2B with the same haggling technique and when I told her I didn't think I had enough on me she asked me to check my wallet - another thing that I found annoying and I probably should have just called it a day but stupidly I agreed to £40 for B2B with HE. She asked for the £40 upfront and after what followed I can see why.
So she undressed and I could see that she looked better clothed. Arse not in great shape - saggy, hollow, with a bit of a belly. Her top half was better to give her her due.
She eventually used some baby-oil and stood at the side of the table for HE I realised that she was intending to finish me off like this so aked her about the B2B that I'd paid for but she told me my shaved chest was to stubbly and would hurt her - I could feel her back was sweaty and moved away when I attempted to touch futher south so I gave up and just let her finish me off.
When I brought up the subject of a £20 refund for the lack of B2B  she mysteriously forgot the English that she was speaking earlier.

I doubt I'd return to this place. Definitley not to this SP.

Thanks for the heads up LH and I’m sorry you had such a poor time with this SP. I have an appointment there later this week so I’ll now check that someone else is working that day. If not, after your experience, I’ll cancel. If it goes ahead I’ll review.

Thought I'd bump this up rather than write another review, especially since I've reviewed this place myself a few times in the past. If the mods think it's worth changing to an actual review, please do so...

NEGATIVE: Saw "Maggie", who was a very pleasant, young woman but the massage was the most pointless I've ever had. Barely any oil and didn't have any technique or skill etc. Didn't even massage my arms! Paid £20 for HR, and she said b2b for another £20... which I stupidly took up the offer of. So off she went to get the card reader since I only had £20 cash (b2b was another £20 on top) and once I paid, she stripped and just kind of lay on top of me for about 30 seconds then stood to administer dry HR. I had to ask for some oil. HR was very average.

So (like most places) it can be hit and miss depending who you get. If you want to visit this place, it's usually fine, but phone ahead and ask who's working and avoid Maggie. I feel bad putting this up to be honest as she was very pleasant, just really crap at everything. She even answered the phone during the session.
