what I can see from her AW feedbacks she met HIV infected guy but don't know if she caught HIV after that.

You should assume that all prossies are infected and they certainly will have had sex with an infected partner.   Just like they should assume you are a diseased bugger too. That is why you wear a condom, to reduce both your chances of infection.
