Called into Bann Sukanee on Atlantic Wharf a couple of days ago. Without doubt, the worst massage experience ever. Never been here before, but thought I’d take a chance as I was in the area. Phoned ahead for an hour’s booking, all sorted. No issues with this at all. Not currently advertising on either on Gumtree or Viva Street, so can’t post a link, but there is a website. Turned up on time and shown into the cubicle to get undressed. Lying there about 5 minutes before the girl came back in. I think she was the manager, seemed to be answering the phone and chatting to another girl who was busy with another customer. Massage started, asked for firm and that is what I got…..for five minutes. Then the phone rang so off she went to answer it. Came back about 5 minutes later and carried on with the massage…..for five minutes. She then left the room and went to chat to the other girl for about 5 minutes. Came back in, started the massage again. Lasted about 10 minutes this time before the phone rang again. Again, she left the room to take the call. By now, I’m about half an hour into the massage, but only had 15 minutes at most. When she left the room to deal with another enquiry, I decided that enough was enough, so got up and dressed. I’d just finished dressing by the time she came back into the room. She apologised for the constant interruptions saying that there was no one to cover reception. Asked for my money back, or at least part of it. Not expecting anything but she offered me £20 which I took and a discount next time. There won’t be a next time!!!
