Basically put, when investment in a particular commodity increases, it gradually reaches a point when output/profit returns rate will be less... and from that point the more you invest, the less output be yielded.

The more higher than average prices (the max average) that punter pays, yields less satisfaction in return (very much inclined by a decline in the service offered).
Average could be £120 to £300. Maybe even £350.
Girls charging more than that aren't necessarily more attractive and those rates could be said to reflect a level of greed.
In most cases greed is a negative force so diminishing returns theory applies.
