Arranged a booking with jenny in advance for Monday 7th December, sent her a message to say I was setting off and would be at the postcode she gave in 45min. Tried calling and messaging her and waited 30min and then decided to head back home, she sent a message a few hours later saying she wasn't feeling well and was apologetic. She told me to rebook and she would make up for the inconvenience. I arranged a 2nd booking for yesterday and even rescheduled to a later time to suit her. Unbelievably same thing happened again, this time she messaged to say she overslept and wasn't ready and made no attempt to honour the booking, even if it was late. She messed up twice and made up ridiculous excuses. She even had the cheek to ask me not to leave her negative feedback, obviously being let down twice warranted honest feedback which I gave. Her aw feedback has some good reviews and it's a shame she didn't provide consistent service.
