Cannot get through to Premium

Has anyone else had trouble contacting Premium? I texted the evening and weekend number on Saturday and iMessage just sat at delivered. Tried day number and evening number again on Monday but same thing. I saw the news item on the website about Lauren being on the phones this week. So texted that number and sent as SMS in case of iMessage issue. Still nothing. Just tried ringing and get incorrect number response.

Does someone have a number for Premium that does work? I can’t imagine I’m blocked; I’ve never used them so it’s not like I’ve got past bad behaviour or anything.

Maybe they blocked you Mcb or you blocked that number after use previously? Check you haven’t done it accidentally

It says at the top of the website TEXT BOOKINGS ONLY, it's in capitals.
