When I step into a room, I always put the stopwatch on my phone and put it away. If I ever get told about time, I can always double check it - they can't dispute this as you wouldn't start your clock before you got into the room.

What a scamming tart, she should have at least offered you half hour rate at the end if she only honoured 35 mins of the booking. In my opinion it’s very difficult finding a good Indian SP, limited services, charge premium rates and rarely are good looking.
