Made appointment via text yesterday got reply quickly confirming time.
Arrived a couple of minutes early to find one guy waiting in reception and another told to come back in 1 hour.
He was going mental saying he’d been on phone 3 times that morning and had been told to come now.
I asked girl on reception about my appointment you’ll have to wait she said when I asked how long she shrugged her shoulders.
At that another punter came in and I decided to cut my losses and leave.
Another shop who take walk ins over appointments.
Someone previously said on here that chancing just turning up was the way to go and they’re clearly right.
I had juggled a couple of jobs and turned down another to make this appointment.
Lesson learned.

Saying that I did the same somewhere else. Call to see if they were free now and told to come on. One guy waiting already, I was given green light to go up with one girl but went to toilet and then told to wait. Had to wait 15 mins. Meanwhile could hear more calls being taken and guys told to come on in. With no free rooms or masseuses.
