I visited XXGraceXX a month or so ago in what seems like it could be the same building. I was messed around for a couple of hours before my booking so for quite a while I sat close by and just observed the address. From what I saw, and from my punt experience, it seems to be a conveyor belt in a building that is used for little, if anything, else.
