As he paid via PayPal he can claim it back as long as he doesn't say it is for sex otherwise PayPal will keep it and ban both accounts. You get 45 days to claim it back unless he stupidly sent it as a gift and not for services.  If he claims it back PayPal will pay him then take the funds from her account as a claw back so even if she spent it the bank will pay it even if it leaves her overdrawn.
