Initially seems enthusiastic enough, conversation a bit hardwork due to her being Romanian.

Maybe my expectations were too high but in hindsight there was probably just about enough to merit a neutral. Even though the service/experience was poor, being friendly and having good comms is probably enough to just about to merit a neutral. Look mate you can't come back a fortnight after posting a review and expect the rating to be changed. It looks like the SPs have got to you and it's them trying to get you to change it.

In future give yourself time to think about how you want to rate them.

If it's any help I write a draft of the review on the day of the punt, save it on a word document then make amendments as and when before posting when I'm sure it's right.

Daviemac, thanks for that and appreciate that and sorry if it seems like im messing you about. I didnt really want to leave negative reviews as a new reviewer. I am a positive kind of person so kind of felt bad about it sort of thing but the experience was not good, I did not feel good after it and did not feel it was good value for money. It is what it is but I dont like and dont want to leave negative reviews.

Regarding this particular review, the service felt rushed as I stated in the review. Its by no means cheap, you pay good money so you do expect a decent service and if you dont get that then I suppose its only fair to leave a negative review.
