Cost of punting

Just worked out that I've spent approx £3500 so far this year partaking in this fine hobby of ours and it got me thinking whether this was excessive or not. I'm single and when I had a partner I would probably have spent a similar figure going out for drinks/meals cinema etc during the same period. I would be interested to know how much other members dedicate to this pastime and whether or not people think I have problem......on the plus side I get to have fun whenever I want and with a fantastic range of wonderful WGs

I think it is, but it's all subjective. That amount of money I wouldn't be able to afford. I dabble maybe 3 or 4 times a year- probably been less so due to Covid. I think if you can afford it and it's not having a detrimental impact on your life then I guess it's fine.

If it helps with hour mental health then it's worth it. 10 years ago I wouldn't have been seen dead paying for sex it sickened me now its totally different. On average I probably spend about 150 to 200 a month

I think its fine but of course its all relative to what disposable income you have.

Some members here couldn't afford that much while Im sure other members spend double that or more.

If your happy and can afford it then I don't see a problem. I would say I spend a similar amount, some years a bit more others a bit less.

I often think I could do more with the money but that’s after the event and I attribute that to the guilt…. I’m probably out around £300 a month so doesn’t sound to dissimilar to your spend.

But taking the £80 out of the cash point pre massage/punt is a no brainier for me when I’m in the mood.

Reckon I spend on average about 600 a month, some months more some less but I’d say on average about that. I’m a single bloke though and I graft my bollocks off, so if I’ve got the horn I’m having a punt, if you can afford that amount pal I say fill yer boots

The cost element has slowed me down this last year as value for money has dropped significantly.

Everything in modern culture is about getting paid and if you can scam someone doing it thats their fault.

Maybe I'm getting old though.

If you can afford it then its fine.. I don't drink and some blokes easy blast £60 in the pub. I went on a proper date a few weeks ago and spent £160 on a night in town and didn't even get a shag out of it.

This is why I asked about this. The last proper date I had involved drinks/meal and B&B in the lakes. Overall probably cost over £250. I did get a shag though. My mind set now is that I could probably get 4 good punts over a few weeks for the same without any hassle. It's also the anticipation involved. Looking through websites and deciding who to pick etc

I enjoy the anticipation as well. Can spend ages trawling through girls profiles.

Varies month to month. Depending on personal and work commitments, additionally because of where I live it takes over an hour to get into Newcastle.  I’ve seen me blow (no pun intended) £150 on 2 punts on the same morning.  This week I’ll be spending £80 for 30 mins and £60 for 30 mins.

I punt every week minimum 1 hr so between £400-£600 / month and 95% of it is on Chinese.
When on holiday i squeeze an extra one in saying that I have had 3 in 6 days in this holiday.

Not so much the same few girls as I don’t have a regular I see as such, however I do revisit girls I’ve enjoyed my time with quite a bit, it’s all about who takes my fancy and is available at the time to be honest, got about 15 reviews from the last couple months I desperately need to catch up on, just need to get around to it

Like others say it’s subjective. If you can afford it and aren’t suffering from not having the money then no harm done.

I’ve punted less in the last year due to work commitments/using dating site but when i was i was doing at times a couple of punts a day on occasion.

One thing i learnt pretty fast is i enjoy the thrill of being with someone new. So i very rarely meet the same girl more than once and secondly i only ever book a half hr pint so if it’s crap i don’t feel too hard done by. It does get to you when you have a bad punt or experience and that happens espescially when you can’t see photos (i go for looks/physical experience). This site has helped on a number of occasions!

I have deliberately stopped myself from punting by using the money i would’ve spent to buy certain things - made easier when we were in lockdown.

The bottom line is, it doesn't matter how much you spend as long as it's disposable income and you are comfortable with that amount.
From a personal point of view, it's not the money that constraints my punting post lockdown but the time I have available.

The most I've spent is £100 for an hour once a month for a year, when I had a regular. I haven't seen a WG since April 2019 and currently have no plans to due to covid and living in a punting desert.

I've spent a lot more when I was married and rarely had sex, so go for it, I say.

I don't tend to spend very much on the punt itself, more often than not, £60 for 30 mins in the North East of the UK.

However, I drive in excess of 200 miles return to indulge, in a car which manages around 29MPG on a good run (which is my choice, I understand)

Add that, & parking to the cost and the overall cost is much higher. If only I lived in the North East

I do the majority of my fs punts in newcastle as its the best vfm region by a long way. Example was i stayed in chelmsford this week and they are wanting £100 plus for 30mins, but same quality you can get in newcastle for £60-£70.

Massages are generally the same price over the country, some extras in areas cost more but i have noticed the NE move in line with other regions with b2b prices. £60 seems to be the price they are wanting, its pretty standard price down south now.

I have cut back alot. Mainly due to the massage scene across the country being pretty shite. The FS side still has plenty to go at, im using agency more as its alot easier than spending days on aw trying to find someone.
